Clear the peppermint stick to open up the board and give you space to work, this will unlock the fish and stripes at each side of the board.
You will need to fill up the board with soda by bursting the soda bottles as they appear, but try to match them if you can and save the fish for bottles that you can't match.
You need to clear the blockers at each side at the bottom as they are stopping the bears from floating into the main playing area. Once the blockers are gone and the board is full of soda it's just a matter of getting the bears up to the candy string using matches if you have enough moves left, or better, a stripe/wrap combo or any other combo you are able to make. A jelly fish switched with a vertical stripe will go to the bears if there are no other blockers on the board.
